 n size such as a PC\, laptop or tablet to be able to participate fully. Yo
 ur booking confirmation will contain a link to the online event. Please en
 sure that you log in at least 10 minutes before the session starts\, make 
 sure that your screen name includes your first and last names. If you are 
 using a council Zoom account\, you may need to update the name on the acco
 unt. We use Zoom for our training courses. You will need to download the Z

 it has been a while since you last used Zoom\, it’s recommended that you
  log in early as there may be automatic Zoom updates that will delay your 
 entry to the course. You will need a device that has a camera and a microp
