I am delighted to give formal notice of the 78th Northants CALC Annual Conference, which will be held on Saturday 4 October 2025 at Moulton Community Centre in Moulton with business starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 1:00 p.m.  There will be FREE HOT REFRESHMENTS ON ARRIVAL from 9:15 a.m.

Your council is invited to send up to two delegates.  Please make your bookings at https://northantscalc.gov.uk/event/annual-conference-2025-2025-10-04-1471/register (log in required).   Please book early to avoid disappointment!  In any case, please book by 5:00 p.m. on Monday 22 September 2025.  Registrants will receive confirmation by return email.

This theme for this year’s Annual Conference is Keeping Local Government Local with guest speaker Colin Copus, Emeritus Professor of Local Politics, De Montfort University.

I would ask that delegates commit to being there from start to finish (no sliding off early!) and we promise to make the event worth delegates giving up their Saturday morning for.
