The National Association of Local Councils (NALC) represents the interests of over 10,000 parish and local councils at national level. Through a Service Level Agreement with County Associations, local councils have access to its services.

Regular meetings are held between the Chief Officers of these associations, alongside representatives from their respective Executive Committees or Boards of Directors, with responsibility for EMYA’s administration rotating annually between the partner associations.
