Following popular demand, our partners at Breakthrough Communications are bringing back their Confident Communication and Assertiveness for Clerks, Officers and Councillors masterclass series later this autumn.
Across three practical online sessions, you’ll learn how to stay calm under pressure, communicate with confidence, handle difficult conversations and build more positive working relationships.
The three sessions will take place on:
- Part 1 - Understanding yourself and others. Thu 8 Oct or Wed 14 Oct.
- Part 2 - Communicate with confidence. Tue 20 Oct or Tue 27 Oct.
- Part 3 - Build positive relationships. Tue 3 Nov or Thu 12 Nov.
Can't make a date? All three sessions will also be available to watch on demand afterwards.
Book during the early-bird period and one person can access all three sessions for just £95 + VAT, or your whole council can get access for £345 + VAT.
As a member council, you can save further £50 on a whole-council option, bringing the price down to just £295 + VAT, by using the code 'NCALC' when booking.
