Emotional Intelligence and Resilience
Course Description
This practical workshop will help council officers and councillors form a better understanding of where our behaviour comes from and what resilience means for us in the context of our roles within the council. We'll consider different scenarios and how we might respond to them and we'll explore strategies to manage a range of situations.
This is an interactive course
and offers the opportunity to network with Clerks and Councillors from Councils across England to share best practice and ideas.
Please note : the course is open to all county associations and will therefore have clerks and councillors not from Northamptonshire in attendance. We hope that this will allow for this course to be delivered more often and throughout the year.
