Thursday 19 November 2026 | 6:00pm – 7:00pm | Online
The session will provide an overview of HGV legislation, police powers, enforcement options, and what action Northamptonshire Police can realistically take to address concerns raised by residents and local councils.
We will be joined by representatives from:
- Neighbourhood Policing
- Roads Policing
- The Safer Roads Team
This is an opportunity to better understand the roles and responsibilities of the police, learn about the powers available to us, and gain insight into how HGV-related issues can be addressed.
This webinar will focus on HGV legislation, police powers, enforcement options, and what action Northamptonshire Police can realistically take to address community concerns. To help us tailor the session, please provide details of the main issues affecting your area and any questions you would like covered: HGV Webinar Topic Survey
Please note that this is not intended to be a forum for discussing individual roads, villages, or ongoing complaints. Responses will be used to identify common themes and shape the content of the webinar.
