VAT - Partial Exemption

This advanced session is designed for those who already have a good understanding of VAT and focuses on VAT recovery relating to the use of land and property. Participants will explore partial exemption, apportionment methods, option to tax, and the Capital Goods Scheme, helping them identify when VAT may be irrecoverable and the options available to maximise recovery.

By the end of the course, attendees will be able to undertake partial exemption calculations, recognise potential VAT risks, and understand the legislation and guidance that applies to land and property projects.
